THE HIGH LEVEL
The Project Analyst will be supporting the Professional Services Operating Unit, MedStar Portfolio Projects in providing the planning, direction, and coordination of data management activities required by projects for our customers. The Project Analyst will ensure that the Managed Service tasking upon projects moving from execution into the sustainment phase are executed for their customers as aligned with the goals and objectives of the projects as defined within the executed Purchase Order, Statement of Work (SOW), and/or Customer Contract.

- Results oriented: You are well organized and results-oriented understanding the importance of providing Information Technology (IT) mission capabilities to the our federal, civilian, state and local government, and commercial customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, technicians, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages open communication.
- Execute monthly & weekly reports process for the Project managers.
- Asset management and reporting for newly shipped assets.
Documentation, Tracking, and Quality Assurance:
- SNOW Account Management data entry and analytics.
- Continuing self-audits to ensure there are no outstanding assets or configurations that haven’t been created/uploaded.
- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to validate that reporting artifacts meet specifications.
- Understand and apply the Iron Bow Project Management Methodology processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation as it pertains to this position.
- Additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2 - 5 years working project analytics; preferably in an IT environment for commercial and/or Government customers in a technical setting.
- Adhering to regulations, performance obligations within contractual agreements, and meeting deadlines are just another day on the job for you.
- People naturally gravitate to you and want to work for you.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- You have the ability to work independently and in a matrixed team environment
- Your attention to detail is impeccable
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- CAPM certification desired
- ITIL certification desired
- PMP certification desired
- CMMI certification desired
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position is remote but may require 10% travel.
