Progyny’s internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to gain valuable corporate work experience while contributing to meaningful projects that benefit the company. The internship program runs year-round based on the needs of each department, with a dedicated summer program that begins in June. Summer interns will be required to present to senior leadership on project(s) that they have completed during their time with Progyny.
The internship program will align the intern to a specific business leader to execute on a specific project plan. This is a paid internship with a hybrid schedule, requiring interns to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Remote positions may also be available.
What you’ll do...
- Lead and collaborate cross functionally across all departments to support Progyny’s growth initiatives in conjunction with requirements from leadership.
- Leverage your experience to partner in business development or product development assignments.
- Use analytical skills to create strategic concepts to drive the business forward.
- Execute on improvement projects aimed at achieving strategic and financial objectives.
- Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders.
- Experience opportunities to use your skills in impactful projects, meetings and presentations to senior leadership.
- Constantly be challenged to generate net new solutions to solve member or client problems.
About you...
- Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data and pivot tables.
- Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives.
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver.
- Prefers to work independently with clear initial guidance/requests leveraging cross functional resources and teams.
- Driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $25.00/hour - $40.00/hour.
