Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Show creativity in managing and driving successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead project planning and execution
- Ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Monitor and report on project progress

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery, Infrastructure Service Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Experience in managing project budgets and resources

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery
- This position is based at our Jaipur office
- A 15 years full-time education is required
