AECI is offering multiple programming internships at our Headquarters location in Springfield, MO for the 2024-2025 school year! Join our innovative team for the opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in your field of study.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Students currently enrolled in computer science, computer information systems, computer engineering or electrical engineering programs.
  • Passionate about learning and applying the latest Microsoft technologies, including C#, .Net Core, SQL, Azure, Business Intelligent and SharePoint among others.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute to the success of a team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Innovative Software Development: Create and enhance in-house software tools and develop integrations with third-party products to support our power grid operations.
  • Hands-On Implementation: Assist with the configuration, implementation, and expansion of third-party product capabilities.
  • Full-Stack Development Experience: Contribute to a full-stack development team and get hands-on experience with industry practices.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work directly with engineers, accountants, human resources, and other professionals to gather project requirements, tackle support requests, and implement new software products that will have lasting impacts long after your internship is complete.
