Fixed Term Contract: 12 months

Full time: 35 hours per week

The role
As Programme Manager you will support driving healthcare transformation globally in Bupa through a programme of work to support Bupa’s businesses in developing the maturity of health and clinical datasets and the operationalisation of this data foundation towards value based care.
You will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of exciting projects, collaborating with the wider Group Clinical team, Group Strategy & Transformation and Market and Business Unit teams to initiate and support the development of value based care initiatives across Bupa.
You’ll help us make health happen by
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical and healthcare data projects and engagement initiatives with Bupa’s Global businesses
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Utilise project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and report on project status
- Lead in managing project documentation, schedules and reports
- Act as a key liaison between project teams, management, and external stakeholders
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse teams, across Group and the Market / Business Units
- Support in preparing presentations, papers and project updates for senior leadership and stakeholders, and present updates directly as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with other project teams and managers globally, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role
- Minimum of 2 years experience in programme or project management, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
- Strong time management skills and an ability to prioritise multiple competing demands
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Ability to respond quickly and positively to changing requirements and business landscape
- Highly proficient using MS Office applications
- Experience in international and cross-cultural work environments
