We have an outstanding opportunity for a Programme Director, who will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of integration and transformation technology change programmes. As Programme Director you will work to build and maintain an accurate view of the portfolio’s programmes and projects, with a particular focus on portfolio delivery performance, cost, resourcing, risks and issues.

- Steering the planning and execution of major technology transition initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and industry standards.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to foster strong relationships, facilitate communication, and ensure a unified approach to technology implementation.
- Leading a talented team of professionals and inspiring them to innovate while maintaining high standards of performance.
- Identifying potential risks and challenges in technology transitions and developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Championing best practices in project management and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
What we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
- A wealth of experience in technology transition and programme management, preferably within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a knack for motivating and guiding teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- A strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on business strategy, paired with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), with relevant qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage different audiences and foster collaboration.
- A proven track record of managing risks and successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- A passion for technology and its potential to drive business transformation, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
