Job Summary
We are looking for a talented, highly collaborative, and data-driven problem solver to join our Programmatic Buying team. The perfect candidate is a creative and energetic team player who can adapt and learn new systems, applying learnings from past campaigns to influence future success. Experience in Programmatic advertising (Display, Video, OTT, Social, Search) is a plus but not required. This role falls under the Optimum Media Customer Success Team structure made up of Account Management, Media Planning, Media Buying and Accounts Receivable. Optimum Media's Customer Success team is focused on providing a great customer experience for our internal sales teams and external clients and works side by side with sales to foster and build positive relationships with our customers, ensuring our customers' expectations are exceeded and they value us as a trusted partner.
Responsibilities

  • Learn from and assist other Buyers, Senior Buyers, and Managers in campaign execution.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues, improve processes where possible, and be a team player.
  • Assist in set up of Display, Video, OTT, Social & Search campaigns using various demand side platforms (DSPs).
  • Support Buyers in implementing campaign strategy & optimizations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we are driving optimal results for our clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the digital media industry, including new ad formats, advertising platforms/networks and best practice industry measurement.


Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years' experience in Programmatic advertising
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Web savvy & use of critical thinking
  • Knowledge of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00 - $105,570.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
