Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Programmatic Advertising Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with agencies and brands to leverage our advertising platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising and the programmatic ecosystem - including the planning and placement cycle, and data-driven marketing strategies, combined with strong sales expertise and a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals through proactive selling, effective account management, and skillful management of the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Expertise in Brandzooka's Platform: Gain a strong understanding of Brandzooka’s technology and media solutions, taking a tech-first approach to help agencies and brands grow their business.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within agencies, brands, and advertisers to expand programmatic advertising revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and develop high-level, high-value relationships, utilizing a consultative sales approach to drive account expansion.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate clients on the benefits of programmatic advertising, providing strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Revenue Growth & Forecasting: Demonstrate a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor while managing and surpassing regional and individual sales, pricing, yield, and platform spend goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brandzooka’s Media, Product, Ad Operations, and Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Sales Presentations: Create consultative sales presentations that leverage market trends and demonstrate direct business outcomes and ROI.
  • Client Success & Retention: Provide ongoing client management through quarterly business reviews, proactive media packaging, and client engagement strategies.
  • Industry Expertise: Serve as a digital advertising expert, staying informed on programmatic technologies, market trends, and competitive insights—specifically within Brandzooka’s platform.
  • Pipeline & Performance Tracking: Provide regular updates to management on pipeline activity through Salesforce.com, ensuring transparency in revenue forecasting and business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge: 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic sales, or media buying.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in advertising.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and deliver strategic insights.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ad tech platforms such as The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Xandr, or similar.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field preferred.
