Program Technical Lead

Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, provides Cyber Security services and cutting-edge technologies to the Federal Government. SealingTech is looking for a Program Technical Lead who likes to work each day with the end customer and ensure mission success. You’ll be responsible for managing the technical aspects of a contract supporting a real-world mission with global impact. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background across a wide range of technology in hands on roles, experience managing teams, experience with government contracting (preferably with the DOD).

Minimum Requirements:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in 4 or more of the following areas things:
  • Software development
  • Networking
  • Virtualization
  • Computer Forensics
  • Systems Engineering
  • Penetration Testing
  • Defensive Cyberspace Operations
• Administrator level knowledge of Linux (Red Hat is preferred) using the command line
• Proven experience managing teams of at least 5 personnel
• Proven experience managing technical solutions to government (preferably DOD) of a value of at least $25M
• Proven experience with DoD Acquisition Process
• Proven experience collecting requirements from the customer and producing a working solution
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
• Ability to research new technical concepts and quickly generate ideas on how its use could improve mission
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities, attention to detail is a must
• The ability to work directly with a highly technical customer and provide great customer service
• The ability to successfully work with people with a variety of skill levels and backgrounds
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to travel within the United States 25% of the time
• Must be willing to work on site a minimum of three days a week
• Must have an active drivers license and clean driving record
• The ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• An active Secret clearance with an ability to obtain TS/SCI
• US Citizen
• Bachelors degree in a technology related field

This role has an internal job title of a Principal Systems Engineer. A general base salary range of $170k to $200k (aligned with current national standards) may be broader, but we are specifically targeting $170k to $190k for this position, set in line with internal benchmarks. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to the anticipated salary, one will have the opportunity to qualify for bonuses.
