Job Summary
Salary Range: $100,000 to $135,000
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, abilities and working shift.

This position is responsible for managing and guiding manufacturing activities beyond production, ensuring efficient and effective management of tasks, duties, functions, and responsibilities. The role involves coordinating manufacturing requirements, supporting product launch, and sustaining activities, managing interactions with various cross-functional groups, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Responsibilities
- Lead the team within Manufacturing Operations and be the primary interface to the core product development teams and other functional organizations within Fresenius Kabi.
- Serves as a technical expert to ensure the successful launch and maintenance of products at Fresenius Kabi towards meeting cost, quality, schedule, availability, and customer experience goals.
- Coordinate requirements between various core matrix teams in meeting plant goals and objectives.
- Work with product matrix teams to support product launch, sustaining, and maintenance activities.
- Support and evaluate the impact of cycle time changes and adjust forecasts accordingly.
- Verify demands and lead the business team to ensure manufacturing is tracked to delivery.
- Work with appropriate business teams to ensure support from internal and external vendors regarding setup, installation, repairs, and maintenance.
- Build and maintain overall project budget, compile budget requests, and generate capitalization plan based on project timeline.
- Respond quickly to changes to the overall plant goals schedule, and/or architecture.
- Drive multi-functional teams towards consensus of requirements.
- Calculate the value of change in process/equipment requested by key stakeholders.
- Provide monthly/quarterly budget updates and capitalization plan.
- Succinctly communicate overall manufacturing status to the management team.
- Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations, and matrix teams.
- Plan capacity and lead factory equipment budget.
- Liaison with planning and procurement to handle component readiness to ensure part availability, quality, and cost.
- Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with operations teams.
- Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality.
- Lead all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams.
- Ensures that manufacturing activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations,

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
- Ability to distill complex process content, requirements, challenges etc. to brief, concise, and understandable language when communicating across teams.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and priorities, develop project schedules and effectively communicate project status and activities to stakeholders.
- Ability to recognize and define big picture and be detailed oriented on project / program / product details – with adaptability to recognize and communicate shifts in strategy, priorities, or implementation needs.
- Ability to operate independently and effectively under committed timelines.
