The Program Manager is responsible for developing optimal onboarding experiences for Greenphire’s clients. Responsible for providing clear direction to our Client Delivery teams that lead to efficient timelines and quality standards. Leads continuous improvement for the client experience and internal process improvements for efficiency.
This position provides consultative expertise to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building optimal processes to support clients onboarding journey by early requirement gathering and consultation
- Proactively identifies client needs and develop, articulate, and drive towards best practice appropriate solutions
- Improves corporate knowledge and best practices by creating or enhancing documentation and processes
- Develops and maintain an expertise of Greenphire products with a keen focus on user touch points.
- Leads WAR/pre-SOW/EC questions and initiates kick of materials as needed
- Provides oversight and dedication to program transitions
- Identifies and communicates early indicators of issues or risk
- Creates supporting documentation, including but not limited to standard process workflows, process updates and internal trainings
- Builds process and best practices that improves consistency of client experience
- Drives program and project direction, promoting prioritization and alignment across initiatives
- Negotiation of project critical issues and decisions from the end customer to internal stakeholders
- Identifies scope, planning and risk assessment
- Drives quality and continuous improvement initiatives both internally and externally
- Provides team with training
- Performs other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience and/or training
- 4-6 years of experience working in the healthcare industry including Pharmaceutical, CRO’s or other businesses that focus on clinical trials desired
- Demonstrates a robust knowledge of Greenphire’s products
- Strong consultative skills
