The Role
Fusion is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record in managing complex programs to join the team as a full time Program Manager. As a Program Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our largest clients.
As the Program Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing our largest, most complex client programs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the program as the single management focal point, aligning it with the organization's objectives and goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong strategic advisor relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication and collaboration.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously monitor and enhance program performance by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining quality and client success.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact program success.
  • Change Management: manage Fusion's contractual obligations as outlined in the SOW and MSA to ensure the agreed upon scope is delivered and invoke the change control process when necessary to keep the project aligned.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports, analyze program performance data, and present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications (Education and Certifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a successful track record in overseeing large, complex major implementation efforts.


Milestones for the First Six Months
1-month milestones

  • Complete all required training
  • Integrate to the PMO team - attend PMO meetings
  • Shadow client and project meetings
  • Become familiar with tech stack


3-month milestones

  • Manage assigned project activities and deliverables
  • Participate in PMO meetings and activities
  • Use all PMO tools to manage projects


6-month milestones

  • Own assigned project activities and deliverables in partnership with Customer Success and Account teams as needed
  • Proactively manage escalations and chance orders in partnership with project sponsors as needed
  • Contribute to PMO SOPs as needed
  • Own portfolio level collaboration with Client and Account Teams


This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the states of New York, California, and Colorado.
