About The Role

At Innovaccer we are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our product development processes, ensuring efficient collaboration between cross-functional teams, and driving the success of our innovative healthcare solutions.

A Day in the Life

  • Analyze and report on individual and team performance by leveraging automation and dashboards across various external and internal tools
  • Analyze key metrics for Product and Engineering areas to contribute insights to the organization’s strategy
  • Coordinate with operational leaders and company leadership (Customer Innovation, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, Growth) to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution
  • Define, deliver, operate, and evolve the product and engineering team's operational practices, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and process improvement
  • Implement and maintain effective project management methodologies, tools, and templates to support product development initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between product, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies in the SDLC life cycle
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives
  • Continuously optimize processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity

What You Need 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a Related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product operations, project management, consulting or a similar role in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in implementing them effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools and business intelligence tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to the transformation of the healthcare industry.
