About You
In the Program Manager 1, Company Operations Engineering role, you’ll lead the execution of impactful programs that enhance and streamline operational processes across the company. This role places you at the core of our organization’s program implementation efforts, overseeing a range of key initiatives.
We're looking for someone who takes strong ownership, as this role requires full responsibility of critical programs that support the overall success of the business. With access to confidential employee information and strategic corporate documents, integrity and sound judgment are essential.
You will be working cross-functionally with stakeholders across the whole company. Flexibility is key, and you’ll be managing programs that span diverse areas such as go-to-market strategies, marketing initiatives, and engineering program development. Adapting quickly between different types of projects will be crucial to your success.

Oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Verbal and Interpersonal Communication: You’ll need to clearly communicate the purpose and impact of your programs, helping to motivate and align team members who contribute to these efforts.
- Written Communication: Effective written communication with the leadership team and stakeholders is essential. You’ll be regularly conveying critical program updates and deliverables concisely and professionally, often via email, balancing context with brevity.
Program Management Skills
- Program Execution: Independently manage multiple programs, ensuring smooth execution across various departments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with company leaders and managers to gather necessary deliverables, aligning with timelines and goals for successful program outcomes.
- Tracking and Reporting: Monitor progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each program, providing regular updates in our documentation and to key stakeholders.
Documentation Interpretation skills
- Interpretation and Action: Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll interpret and act upon existing documentation, often navigating uncertainty and offering constructive feedback to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
- Creation of Clear Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for all programs, outlining the purpose, stakeholders, processes, and key deliverables, ensuring a referenceable roadmap for each initiative.
Basic Technical Skills
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with or a willingness to quickly learn tools like Gmail, Superhuman, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Confluence, Jira, and Slack.
- Mac OS Proficiency: Comfortable using a Mac, with skills in managing files, zipping documents, playing audio files, and basic troubleshooting.
Role Responsibilities
- Program Execution: Carry out assigned, repeatable program tasks which typically involve consistently executing well-defined documentation, processes or workflows that support a larger project or program
- Documentation Updates: Maintain and update operations documents, including success metric tracking, to reflect accurate program progress.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather necessary inputs from diverse stakeholders across the organization, ensuring successful execution of program milestones.
- Issue Reporting: Proactively communicate any blockers or delays, ensuring that programs stay on track and meet assigned deadlines.
