About the role:
Alcon is looking to hire a Program Manager, Value Assurance for our Digital Health team. The ideal candidate will work hand in hand with our Program Delivery Leader, to ensure delivery of world class of digital health products.

Our Digital Health team is harnessing technology to build a leading portfolio of digital health solutions that will transform the eye care experience for medical professionals to patients and enable improved patient outcomes – from a predictive health care delivery platform harnessing ML and analytics to innovative medical device software.
As Value Assurance Specialist, you will track and analyze metrics to continually achieve the Digital Health Team program goals. We are a fast-growing team, which will give you the opportunity to shape our ways of working and culture - think start-up, but inside a global leader in eye care. We are looking for someone who is not only a talented leader, but who also is a strong strategic thinker and problem solver.
Key Responsibilities

Define mechanisms to track OKRs across digital products and platforms and transformation program.

Prepare for bi-weekly updates / sprint planning on program performance.

Define metrics and create consistent dashboards and provide training for the proper use of metrics and dashboards.

Prepare and execute OKR components of QBR offsites.

Coordinate the activities to prepare teams for QBRs and Digital Health Board meetings.

Analyze program data to identify trends and insights, make recommendations for program improvement.

Support annual budgeting and resource allocation process for digital product and platform teams.

Develop insights and recommendations on resource allocation.

Facilitate biweekly touchpoints with Program Coordinator to prepare for sprint retro/planning.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

5+ years of experience in project/program management roles, with a focus on metrics and dashboards development and implementation

Experience working in SaaS or a fast-paced environment
