Telesign is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Technical Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring Technology initiatives deliverables are completed in a consistent fashion based on project plans and expectations across Telesign and sister companies under Proximus Global.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure projects are effectively planned, assigned, and executed to meet business needs. As a representative of the Proximus PMO Technical Portfolio, you will collaborate with business and technical teams on end-to-end technical initiatives, ensuring plans are efficiently scheduled and successfully executed across multiple internal and external teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing communication and documentation to highlight critical milestones, potential impacts to scheduled activities, and necessary schedule adjustments.
- Developing an understanding of key applications, their infrastructure relationships, and the interdependencies between application components and the product.
Success in this position requires experience in a fast-paced environment, along with flexibility, creativity, and a strong commitment to meeting operational and company objectives.
What you'll do:
- Manage technical projects and initiatives using project plans, JIRA, Confluence, and other necessary tools.
- Ensure requirements, priorities, and dependencies are clearly defined while coordinating with management on resource availability and scheduling.
- Develop JIRA dashboards, workflows, and reporting in support of process, procedures, and excellence.
- Coordinate cross team projects and initiatives involving internal and external teams.
- Represent Technical PMO in key Development Agile Life Cycle activities (Task Grooming, Sprint Planning/Reviews) with engineering.
- Identify new initiatives which provide continuous improvement within the organization that can be measured by company KPIs.
- Create, present, and manage documentation related to PMO process and procedures with emphasis on adoption internally and companywide.
- Represent PMO in companywide presentations outlying Technical Portfolio work and contributions.
Essential requirements:
- 5+ years in Project Management, preferably in a technical organization.
- 2+ years of experience with JIRA and working knowledge and experience with Atlassian Products in general (JIRA, Confluence, etc).
- Experience with SAFe and other Agile methodologies.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and able to deal with a dynamic changing environment.
- Experience in Cloud Services business is highly desirable.
