What You'll Do Here:
Joining the Cengage Group Talent & Potential team as the Program Manager, Talent Management & Talent Development means working closely with the Sr. Director, Talent & Potential. You will play a vital role in ensuring our Talent programs meet world-class standards and align with the organization's goals.

Drive the strategy and own the flawless execution of the annual performance management process, leading program design, execution, evaluation, and improvements.

Strategically manage employee recognition programs, such as the Ethos Award program, ensuring alignment with Cengage Ethos and strategy.

Lead the execution of New Hire Onboarding, assessing the quality of the employee experience and suggesting improvements.

Program manage other Talent Management and Talent Development programs, ensuring logistical success and alignment with organizational needs.

Design, implement, and facilitate Talent programs, collaborating cross-functionally and raising issues as needed.

Maintain current industry trends knowledge, promoting idea sharing and proven practices.

Collaborate to assess and align programs with organizational needs, ensuring flawless execution.

Support the Learning Management System, Workday Learning, including company-wide compliance training implementation.
Skills You Will Need Here:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record in Talent or HR functions.

Proficient in HRIS systems, specifically Workday.

Ability to implement and deliver training within a matrixed organization.

Skilled at driving programs and projects in sophisticated environments.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Highly organized, motivated, and collaborative.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Outstanding presentation skills and strong analytical capabilities.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
