About the Team:
The GBPO teams plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives across multiple business units. We work closely with operations, vendors, finance, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes while tracking key performance metrics. Our team thrives on data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement, making a direct impact on business performance.
What you will be doing
In this Operations & Project Management Specialist (Individual Contributor) role, you will be responsible for tracking operational metrics, managing cross-functional projects, and providing executive-level reporting, presentations and insights. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure business goals are met efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Operations & Metrics Management
• Monitor and analyse key operational metrics across different lines of business (LOBs).
• Track vendor insights, operational performance, and business actions on a regular basis.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations for business improvements.
• Project Management & Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to drive operational projects and initiatives.
• Track project deliverables, milestones, and risks to ensure timely execution.
• Support process improvement initiatives and business transformation efforts.
• Executive-Level Reporting & Presentations
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for executive leadership.
• Translate complex operational data into meaningful insights and business strategies.
• Present key business updates and recommendations in leadership meetings.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Provide vendor insights, track vendor performance metrics, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on business objectives and strategies.
. Comfortable working in 3PM to 12AM Shift.
What you Bring:
• Experience: 10–15 years in BPO operations, business process management, or a similar role
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of BPO industry operations, terminologies, and best practices.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work across multiple teams and departments to drive projects forward.
• Data & Reporting Expertise
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards).
• Experience with operational metrics tracking and vendor performance analysis.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage and track business projects and process improvements.
• Strong ability to prepare and present business insights to senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and influence stakeholders.
