This individual will ensure that Workiva's sales operations efforts are prioritized to address stakeholder needs and communicated effectively across Workiva.
This person will work with stakeholders to identify the business goals, initiatives, scope, develop resources, and communicate progress.
What You'll Do

  • Collaborate across functional teams to identify programs, projects and resource needs
  • Work with stakeholders to build cross-functional relationships and build, define, execute, and evaluate the success of program strategies and initiatives
  • Own program and delivery management responsibility for multiple strategies and initiatives
  • Prioritize strategy and initiatives operational excellence including program reviews, feasibility, cost-benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, and execution
  • Identify and balance major program constraints including cost, scope, schedule, risk, quality, resources, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the formulation and execution of program plans and organizational change initiatives
  • Provide transparency with metrics regularly communicated to Executives and/or Leadership
  • Identify and create development and training opportunities to support employee and project success


What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience in project/program management with a Bachelor's degree; or 2 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools
  • Google Suite preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Program and Project Management frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple programs at once
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • Solid financial management skills
  • Teamwork oriented and can thrive working alongside many different perspectives to get things done
  • Understanding of the implementation partner model within a SaaS organization
  • Organizational Change Management and/or Digital Transformation experience preferred
  • Strong business background, with significant SaaS application experience and exposure to business process management
  • Prior experience managing large scale, global initiatives
  • Proven experience designing and leading strategic planning at a high-growth, enterprise tech company Six Sigma or other related continuous improvement methodology experience preferred
  • PgMP or PMP certification preferred


Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Travel up to 10% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office


How You'll Be Rewarded
• Salary range in the US: $79,000.00 - $134,000.00• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
• Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
• 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
