Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding, ongoing education, and targeted re-education sessions to reinforce key UM concepts, processes, and best practices for clinical, non-clinical, and all PAC Advance staff members.
- Continuously assess training effectiveness and adjust content and delivery methods as needed.
- Gather feedback from participants to refine training programs and optimize learning experiences.
- Develop and articulate program goals, objectives, and milestones in alignment with organizational strategies.
- Assist in building and enhancing educational materials related to UM, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility, while also developing a comprehensive program plans that include timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and change management requirements.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate program objectives, and manage expectations to ensure education programs align with the latest policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote support and cooperation throughout the program lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program.
- Meet and communicate with stakeholders regularly to provide transparency of program status, issues, and decisions.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 4-6 years relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background in learning program management, education, and/or training within a healthcare and/or utilization management environment.
- Experience developing and delivering training content, both in-person and virtual.
- Ability to translate complex UM processes into clear, digestible learning materials.
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Job Expectations:
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
- This role may require minimal travel as needed.
