What You Will Do
Program/Project Management
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of programs and projects.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and track detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure progress alignment.
- Lead and facilitate regular team meetings to ensure project momentum.
Communication and Reporting
- Create reports and communication tools to keep stakeholders informed of program status and deliverables.
- Act as the main point of contact for briefings, ensuring program quality, compliance, and escalation of key issues.
- Recommend corrective actions to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
Program Management Administration
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure program consistency and compliance.
- Track and implement program improvements in collaboration with team members.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine processes and increase program impact.
- Drive progress through the utilization of project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, Agile, Six Sigma and/or Lean).
- Educate team members on best practices for using project management tools.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years relevant experience.
- Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
