TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative Program Manager to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our client located in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary corporate point of contact and coordinator to client, and/or government technical point of contact (TPOC), contracting officer’s representative (COR), and contracting officer.

• Perform contract execution activities to include subcontractor management, employee management, client management, regulatory compliance, cost, schedule, quality, and performance.

• Act as the primary liaison to the client for all areas associated with the contract, with primary focus on installation, administration, development, management, and/or maintenance of networks and systems and telecommunication services and manage the work schedules and activities performed by the TQI Solutions and subcontracted employees in support of these areas.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee the execution of program activities to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, coordinating their involvement in program activities as needed.
  • Allocate resources, including staff, budget, and materials, to support program objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor resource utilization, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with program execution and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of program deliverables by implementing quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position. This position will be on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality programs that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of program’s technical domain and understanding of relevant regulations and standards.

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a government granted security clearance.
