The Multi Domain Solutions Division at Leidos is looking for an experienced Program Financial Analyst to support a fast-paced firm fixed-price contract with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, managing multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) across various support categories. The PFA will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and execution while preparing and presenting financial reports, implementing cost control measures, and ensuring compliance with Department of Defense regulations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, risk management, and maintaining accurate financial documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and execution for the program while ensuring adherence to firm fixed-price contract terms and conditions.
- Manage and monitor up to Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), tracking expenditures and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to program leadership and stakeholders, conducting variance analysis and budgetary forecasts including quarterly EACs..
- Implement cost control measures to monitor program performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) financial regulations and policies, assisting in audit preparation and resolving financial discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program managers, procurement, and contracts, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
- Identify financial risks associated with the program and develop strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records in accordance with DoD standards and internal policies.
- Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in DoD regulations, financial practices, and tools relevant to the role.
Basic Qualifications:
- Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or Masters with at least 6 years experience
- Familiarity with firm fixed-price contracts and Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) management.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Deltek, Costpoint) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of DoD financial regulations and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.
- Proven track record in managing multiple CLINs and complex financial scenarios.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies in a DoD environment.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Experience with financial forecasting and modeling.
- Familiarity with automated financial reporting tools and systems.

Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
