The Opportunity
The ideal candidate must thrive in a highly dynamic and changing environment and will help us deploy high-touch, impactful, and consistent new hire experiences with focus, empathy, operations, creativity, and innovation. You love to-do lists and using various tools to stay organized and accomplish administrative tasks that are the backbone of our work. You see yourself as a resource to others and part of a support system for early in career hires.
What you get to do in this role:

  • Work in a team to deliver impactful early in career hire programming
  • Leverage tools like excel to track and record data throughout the program lifecycle
  • Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the project including partners, business sponsors and vendors
  • Monitor and responds to questions in the team's shared inbox, becoming an expert on frequently asked questions
  • Produce Zoom meetings to ensure the team's smooth program delivery
  • Schedule complex events and calendar invitations for various and overlapping audiences
  • Participate in program debrief and improvement discussions
  • Apply consistency and best practices throughout program lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding phases


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 1+ years of experience managing projects in fast paced environments
  • A keen eye and attention to detail
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Zoom
  • An interest in working with early in career new hires


  • Experience coordinating with teams to create solutions

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $72,200 - $104,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
