Job Requirements:

• Act as the main point of contact for both employees and government clients, ensuring ongoing and effective communication.
• Provide comprehensive support across multiple programs, serving as a liaison for various stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, approve expense reports, and handle invoicing and pricing processes.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with a diverse group of team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the success of operations and projects.
• Develop and maintain precise programmatic and technical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations while enhancing team efficiency and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in interacting with both employees and government clients; experience with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of federal contract management, especially NIH protocols, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in account management is preferred.
• Ability to anticipate business unit needs, take proactive measures, and complete tasks independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and best practices in document management.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is required.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.

Salary Range

$65,000—$85,000 USD
