About you:
HiBob is seeking an experienced Talent & Learning Professional Services Engineer (PSE) to join our Customer Success Engineering team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for creating a close relationship with the Product team, and gain a technical understanding of the Talent & Learning platform functionality. Your deep expertise will make you a pivotal resource in driving successful implementations and ongoing client satisfaction.
As a Talent & Learning PSE, you'll be at the forefront of our client engagements, providing technical solutions and hands-on support throughout the Talent & Learning lifecycle. You will work closely with clients' HR-Admins, as well as HiBob's internal Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams.
In addition to your technical expertise, you are a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. You value teamwork and actively contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and mutual support within the Customer Success Engineering team.
**Note: We will only consider candidates located in London who are willing to work in our London office at least two-three days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**

Job requirements
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor. If you don't have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we'd still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
- At least 2+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as implementation manager, customer engineer or solutions engineer.
- Has the ability to relay technical information to both internal teams and non-technical customers
- Strategic thinking, with excellent technical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong customer success orientation with a focus on understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the implemented solutions.
- Proactive and strategic approach with the ability to work with the right sense of urgency and find creative solutions independently and while collaborating with the team.
- Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, adaptability and ownership skills. Willingness to work in a fast faced environment.
Bonus
- Industry Experience within HR or HR Tech implementation
- SaaS Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the SaaS business model and experience working with subscription-based products.
- Experience with LMS/Learning solutions and Talent platforms
- Experience with tools like Slack, Salesforce, and Asana is an advantage
