Are you looking for a role where you’ll have the opportunity to implement change through product design? Are you passionate about creating experiences people love? BrainStorm is seeking a Product/UX Designer with 4+ years relevant experience to join its Product Development Team in American Fork, UT. In this role, you will have a hand in delivering world-class experiences and surfacing valuable insights to our customers. What You Get to Do

  • Design intuitive results-driven products and intuitive user experiences that balance aesthetics and usability.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Build wireframes and interactive prototypes to solicit feedback and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Provide design requirements and interact closely with engineering teams.
  • Conduct UX research and user testing to inform design. 

What You Bring to the Table

  • A track record of being a good collaborator with other designers, engineers and key stakeholders. Product design is a team sport, your expertise isn’t a black box where solutions pop out.
  • Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to take a lean approach when necessary to accomplish business goals and objectives.
  • A strong business acumen with a deep understanding of UX design principles.
  • Experience creating and supporting design systems.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD, etc.
  • An eye for design.

  • Atlassian Products
  • Enterprise Software
  • Experience with Web Analytics Tools 
  • Basic HTML, CSS and SQL skills
