Reporting to the Senior Director Productivity Programs, you’ll provide strategy, planning, project management for network and productivity improvement projects for the Refrigerated/Frozen platform. You'll identify, develop, and execute potential Supply Chain productivity and cost reduction initiatives by leading a cross functional team through cost savings hypothesis generation through to approval. Once a project(s) has been identified, you will provide end-to-end leadership of the project(s). The position's primary goal is the achievement of cost reduction targets and other Supply Chain strategy metrics.

Position Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential Supply Chain productivity and cost reduction plans

  • Support supply chain leadership in the creation, evaluation, recommendations, and execution of productivity projects and the development of the supply chain cost reduction projects

  • Partner with business leaders, operations leadership, and other cross functional internal resources to build a pipeline and gain support of program projects

  • Lead direct, and cross functional, teams who execute projects using common processes and metrics established by the supply chain leadership team

  • Manage high adoption of project chartering and governance for productivity and network projects

  • Lead R&F/Intl Network Projects to optimize the assigned manufacturing network including: product or line of business repatriation to reduce cost and increase reliability; complexity reduction through expatriation; reduce overall plant footprint; optimize production location for TDC for individual SKUs or entire product lines

  • Communicate project status in steering committees and communicate project risks and recovery plans

  • Other Supply Chain or business initiative support as assigned

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required - Supply Chain, Finance or Business

  • 5+ years of previous experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain functions

  • Project and influence management skills to lead cross-functional project teams.

  • Experience communicating with all levels of the organization,

  • Experience in two or more diverse Business functional management roles; in Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Performance Improvement, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service or Procurement) or other Functional management roles outside of Supply Chain.

  • Experience handling multiple projects concurrently,

  • Management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional resources without direct reporting relationships,

  • Have continuous improvement mindset

  • Problem solving aptitude

  • Collaborative leadership style, handle conflict in cross-functional integration role,

  • Refuse to lose attitude and competence in finding and delivering productivity

  • We ask that you travel 20%-30% within North America

  • In office 3 days per week Tuesday - Thursday

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
