We are seeking for a Productivity Financial Analyst (& PMO) to give support to the Global Productivity financial department within our Taste Business.
This role involves collaboration with multiple departments, including supply chain, sourcing, operations, commercial, and finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial background and strong interest in production and productivity initiatives.
In your role as Productivity Financial analyst, you will be part of the Productivity finance team, supporting the Global Productivity Manager as well as many other stakeholders to analyze, report and drive key projects to improve productivity within our Flavors Division, to support margin expansion and continuous process optimization, allowing the business to reinvest for growth.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General responsibilities:
- Tracks, updates, and monitors projects and operational KPIs, consolidating and analyzing financial data related to productivity.
- Benchmark and develop cost analysis, providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce P&L costs
- Drive key projects to reduce costs and improve business profitability (RSA, Working capital) across the Flavors Division.
- Develop risk analysis, help in set up priorities for the lean portfolio within the Business Unit.
- Define processes and procedures to support site goals for continuous improvement.
Project Management:
- Develop and maintain a project structure and reports for each productivity initiative
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Report project progress and results to stakeholders
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with functional departments and business units to analyze, identify, and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to teams on productivity tools and techniques
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master´s degree is beneficial.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in as financial analyst, supply chain management, controlling, manufacturing operations or a related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
