Job Description

The Production Designer will be working directly with a group of experienced Art Directors across the Owala, Whiskware and BlenderBottle brand teams and be responsible for production and co-branding work. This position will be working daily with our sales team and will require the candidate to have strong communication skills and be able to turn projects around quickly.

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

  • 1-2 years of experience working design experience to support our established in-house graphic design, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Create co-branding templates at a high level of accuracy
  • Complete production tasks, such as, clipping, cropping, re-sizing and other design assets as required.
  • Assist our FT Photographer with post-production needs, specifically clipping, color adjustments and re-sizing assets.
  • Converting existing product packaging into other languages for international markets.
  • Ensuring that all print and packaging assets are at the right size and resolution.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Great organizational skills with design files, templates, and the design process.
  • Knowledge of clipping, processing images, and production design.
  • A strong working knowledge of Adobe CC is required Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
  • The ability to quickly turn around production tasks is critical.
  • Ability to learn quickly with the capability to handle multiple co-branding and production tasks at the same time.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills. This positions requires you to work with a diverse team of individuals: brand managers, sales team associates, customers and art directors.
