We're Looking For A: Production Coordinator to support the Production Specialist and Production Manager in owning all production-related needs for the video production team, including coordinating complex shoot schedules, vendor management, liaising with talent and talent representatives, and numerous other needs related to production of world-class advertising content for Golden Hippo's portfolio of health, wellness, beauty, and pet food brands. This position will also be expected to contribute significantly to related production efforts, like production design, assistant direction, props, and location scouting.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Own production coordination logistics, including assisting in scheduling, call sheets, production logistics, and more.
- Help uphold union guidelines on sets, including enforcing relevant safety and health protocols
- Maintain a roster of production vendors and ensuring a healthy and respectful work environment
- Coordinate with production team, camera team, G&E, and postproduction purchases
- Schedule and lead pre-production meetings, creating a detailed outline to ensure productive planning
- Create and distribute any overflow schedules and call sheets for video production team shoot as requested per the production specialists
- Organize/update the google calendar, Jira tickets, and slack for all shoots
- File and organize production reports for each shoot
- Coordinate with Storytelling, ACT, and Photo teams to ensure studio and equipment availability
- Assist PM on set during video shoots to maintain a tight schedule
- Implement an inventory system to keep talent and schedule documents organized and accounted for
Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and ensure projects stay on track.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams (production, camera, post-production, storytelling).
- High attention to detail, especially in managing documents like call sheets, schedules, inventory systems, and other critical production paperwork.
- Ability to maintain relationships with external vendors, ensure the right resources are available, and uphold a positive, respectful work environment.
- Ability to think on your feet and address unforeseen challenges quickly (e.g., last-minute changes to the schedule or equipment).
- Familiarity with production tools (Google Calendar, Jira, Slack), as well as the ability to adopt any new systems for organizing and communicating.
- Ability to take charge when necessary, especially in coordinating and leading aspects of the shoot.
- Minimum of 2 year of production or post production experience
- 2-4 years of production or post production experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)

The anticipated salary range for this position is $24.18-$32.26 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
