We're Looking For An: Art Production Assistant (Art PA) will play a vital role in supporting the art department throughout the production process. This position involves working closely with the Production Manager, Production Design, and Art PA in both pre-production and on-set. Key responsibilities include assisting with the setup, organization, and maintenance of art materials and studio space, tracking visual assets, and helping to create and maintain art elements. The Art PA will also work collaboratively with the production team to ensure that artistic and production standards are met across all projects. What You'll Be Doing:
- Pre-production Support: Assist the production team in preparing for upcoming shoots by organizing sets, materials, and props in advance.
- Studio Management: Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
- Set Preparation & Assistance: Help prepare sets in advance, including the setup of props, furniture, and artwork. On shoot days, provide hands-on support for set resets, prop handling, and other tasks as needed to ensure smooth transitions between shots.
- Collaboration with Production Design: Support new set builds and assist with sourcing, organizing, and handling props.
- Errands and Miscellaneous Tasks: Run errands as required by the production team, including purchasing or picking up props, crafty items, dry cleaning, or other necessary items.
- Documentation & Inventory Management: Assist with organizing and maintaining production documents, ensuring that all files and visual assets are current, accessible, and well-organized.
- Prop Room Management: Help manage the prop room, including cataloging, organizing, and maintaining inventory. Ensure that props are easily accessible and in good condition.
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred not required
- Minimum of 1 year of production experience
- Able to travel to shoots 5% of the time
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic Google Suite experience
- Knowledge of video production (preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Interest in or experience with filmed entertainment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness

The base salary range is $17-$20.
