About the role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. The Production Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations management of production and service teams for multiple products, ensuring inter-department coordination for on-time delivery. The ideal candidate excels in communication, has familiarity with work order scheduling and material flows, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the work

Perform Production administrative assignments and tasks icluding coordiation and communication to various departments to ensure available resources and material to support on-time delivery of products.

Track and report daily Production and Service schedules, issues and status.

Develop and manage resource allocation planning for production and service teams (e.g., people, equipment, materials) to ensure availability and on-time delivery.

Monitor ECN activity and coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Service, and Supply Chain teams to implement ECNs into Production and Service departments to support delivery schedules.

Support maintaining production and service metrics / KPIs and preparing daily reports.

Ensure timely communication of production issues to stakeholders and escalation to management.

Troubleshoot issues and continuosly improve processes to avoid recurrance.

Prepare workforce projections and budget estmates based on labor hours and material costs.

Proactively address and resolve challenges such as scheduling conflicts or resource shortages.
About you:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a discrete manufacturing environment. Lean expereince a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Ability to lead and/or support multiple projects concurrently with a contious improvement mindset.

Self-directed, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency using MS Excel and/or Google sheets. Business Intelligence a strong plus (e.g. MS Power BI).

Experience with ERP/MRP; MES a plus.
