You implement, coordinate, and lead our operational excellence program to help our leaders deliver results. You drive a culture of excellence, built around the concepts of total employee engagement and zero-loss mentality. You provide tools and build team capability to develop organizational self-sufficiency. You are the champion of productivity generation, and you own the site's continuous improvement. You are a key senior member of our plant leadership team and, as such, you drive our transformation.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Implement and lead our Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) program across the facility and be responsible for reaching the progression milestones set as target.
- Create and lead strategies to drive a culture of zero-loss mentality and 100% employee engagement across the plant.
- Be responsible for the creation and improvement of TPM (total productive maintenance) capabilities of the plant population. You will partner with functional teams to achieve such goal.
- Lead the plant's continuous improvement strategy and initiatives to deliver year-over-year savings. You will be a key contributor in the creation of annual capital investment plans. You will coach employees and teams to deliver and exceed operational targets.
- Lead the deployment, monitoring and reporting of the plant's operational targets. You will conduct periodic assessments to drive the adjustment of strategies and plans with the objective of exceeding targets. You will manage the plant scorecard and trigger actions to course-correct performance.
- Drive a benchmarking program and make sure best practices are deployed locally.
- Be a role model of servant leadership and will partner with the rest of the plant leadership team to create such culture across the site.
- Serve as a senior staff member in the plant leadership team (Plant Manager's staff). Play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of the plant across all the performance dimensions (safety, quality, delivery/service, cost, people agenda).

More about this role
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical)
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering (Preferred)
- TPM (total productive maintenance) (JIPM) certification (Preferred)
- 6-sigma black belt certification (Preferred)
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Operations/Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, TPM, or a combination of those areas.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting operating under a TPM program.
- Minimum 5 years leading TPM programs in a manufacturing setting.
- Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing/Operations and/or Maintenance leadership positions.
- Proven success record of TPM implementation and significant OEE improvement.
- Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing/Operations and/or Maintenance leadership positions. (Preferred)
- CPG or pharma experience (highly preferred).

M-F, flexible on weekends.
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 - $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
