The Video Team
The video team is part of the Design Office at Celonis and has been steadily growing in the last two years. The team currently consists of even passionate creative video professionals who report to the Video Team Lead. The team, based in Munich, works closely with various creative and marketing teams on video projects, serving as Celonis’ in-house production agency. Consequently, there are many versatile projects waiting for you in an international and dynamic environment with the possibility to make a real contribution and shape the Celonis brand.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate, driven individual with a keen interest in video production and organization. If you are this person, keep on reading!
In your role, you will be assisting the video production team and the project manager. We are looking for someone who is open to learning but also is up and ready to get the job done. Experience in video production is a must.
Responsibilities
Production Assistant responsibilities
- In your internship, you will take on supporting tasks from pre-production to post video and content productions.
- As a production assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the production team in (hybrid) live streaming events, photoshoots and video productions. This includes in-house and off-site locations. You will be supporting in coordination of the video production and equipment handling.
- You will be the ‘go-to person’ for the production team for any video production support needed.
- You will gather raw footage and transfer/upload it to the server provided.
- You will also have the possibility to get a better understanding of video editing and motion design since you will be involved in editing work (if needed) - including music, interviews, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project.
Associate Project Manager responsibilities
- Tasks in production project management include, for example, support in maintaining the project management board, coordination with team members or external stakeholders, creation of diverse kinds of documents (briefings, production schedules etc.), and obtaining quotes from external suppliers.
- You will actively contribute to actively improving different kinds of processes and workflows in our team and take over administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Ideally, you have already completed your Bachelor’s degree or are currently pursuing or have finished a Master’s in a relevant field, such as media or video production.
- At least six months to one year of experience in a related field is required.
- Being open to working in a team environment is a must.
- Being flexible, open, and willing to learn is a must.
- A structured and proactive work style is required.
- Fluency in English is a must, German or Spanish is a plus.
- A driver's license is a plus.
