The Product Manager will have an immense impact on Neighbor’s planned exponential growth. You’ll report directly to the VP of Product & Design and work closely with our design team, our engineering team, and other departments to solve our neighbors’ biggest challenges through product enhancements.
A Typical Day
- Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact
- Lead cross-functional groups to deliver on the company objectives
- Communicate concisely and influence outcomes
- Develop product roadmaps, prioritize and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and Leadership/Executive teams
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health
- Advocate for the customer with a deep understanding of their needs
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis of maintaining product features vs. innovating new ones
- Be a source of truth for product questions, prioritization, and status
- Demonstrate sound product management practices
About You
- 2+ years of experience as a product manager or similar role
- Experience with consumer internet products or marketplaces is a plus
- Proficient using data to inform decision-making and business opportunities
- Possess strong verbal, written, and visual presentation abilities
- Comfort with a dynamic, fast-growing flat culture and environment
- Ability to conduct problem and solution discovery with minimal supervision
- Ability to quickly absorb complex concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
