The Product Training Specialist will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting training programs related to ophthalmic lenses, Myopia Management and related products. This role involves conducting in-person or virtual training sessions for internal teams, customers, and healthcare professionals, and ensuring that all stakeholders are knowledgeable about the company’s products and technologies. The specialist will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.
This role requires an individual with a passion for education and product knowledge, as well as the ability to simplify complex concepts for a wide range of audiences.
Education / Professional Certification
Bachelor Degree in Optometry.
Post education degree in education and or public speaking preferred but not essential
Experience
Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in the optical industry or Medical channel in training or product management roles.
