Team Description
Our team is looking for a Product Technology Consultant who will be a part of our Professional Services and Consulting Services team. This is a high impact opportunity that consults our agency customers on product upgrades, implementation and technology integrations. develop and drive the strategic direction for one of the leading global travel technology companies.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing strategic customer initiatives to include SabreRed 360 and NDC testing, rollout and adoption
- Coordinate and share best practices with other PTCs across the organization
- Propose changes in products and/or services that result in increased efficiency or adoption by the customer
- Provide project management guidance and oversight of key engagements to ensure successful implementations
- Provide issue resolution in a timely manner
- Develop a strong relationship with other internal teams to ensure alignment, communication and adherence to shared vision of our strategic customer base
- Share results and feedback from key customer engagements with internal teams
- Provide customer advocacy internally through product development discussions
- Drive Sabre product investment alignment with the customer’s needs
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Advanced English level both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze and trouble-shoot
- Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task to support multiple customers in a virtual setting
- Proficient knowledge and hands on experience with Sabre products, including NDC is highly valued
- General understanding of the travel industry and ecosystem is valued
