• Customer Experience
• Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all — enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they’re always finding ways for us to grow together.
• The ecommerce integration team is part of a wider omni-channel solutions team supporting our customers integrating to Worldpay’s payment solutions

What you’ll own  

• Provide expert advice and support to our Customers and Prospects for their eCommerce channel.
• Provide pre-sales support to internal teams
• Become an expert in our gateway products and how they integrate to other systems
• Understand the regulatory controls and audit requirements needed to comply with Worldpay, FCA, PCI and legal policies and standards.
• Administer account amendments and advice on the best solutions to meet customer requirements
