About the role:
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.
What you will be doing:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues within the processing of stock loan, stock borrow business functions.  You will support technical requests that can include  MQ inquiries, network inquiries

  • Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues.

  • Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action.

  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

  • This is a part-time position.

What you will need:

  • Prior capital markets experience preferred

  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

  • The ability to work independently

  • You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver

  • Knowledge of FIS products a plus

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience within capital markets securities finance lending business

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,820.00 - $138,250.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
