Description
In this role you will be part of our globally based Client Services (CX) Central Operations team that services all of FIS Capital Markets Solution’s products.
As a member of the CX Central Operations Team, a representative is responsible for various client services functions that have been centralized across Capital Markets Solutions. You will work closely with various functional groups, including CIO, Finance, Product Management, Development, Legal and Compliance.
What you will do:
- Client product software licence delivery, following an established standard procedure and reporting information required for revenue recognition
- Be the first contact for new clients after the sales process, providing excellent customer service and representing FIS as a leading FinTech organisation
- Document customer information and record all client activity and specific contract details
- Communicate with customers clearly and efficiently via telephone, email or client meetings using Microsoft Teams
- Proactively working on tools and applications to improve the information and service we provide our customers and internal stakeholders
What you bring:
- BA or MA degree in: Finance, Math, Business, Management Economics, Computer Science, or similar
- Fluency in English – speaking and writing
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Be forward thinking and detail oriented
- Must have outstanding organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic organisation
- Excellent written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player and willing to progress in a rapidly changing environment
- Highly motivated and keen to succeed
