Roles and Responsibilities

  • The designated Shared Corrigo Platform Analyst (CPA) is responsible for overall integrity of the Corrigo system, supporting the account team, overseeing proper system use, and configuration to meet internal and client objectives.
  • Track time spent supporting accounts and manage data management requests submitted from accounts in a Corrigo instance.
  • Manage the JLL Corrigo work order process and systems and associated data platform, as it specifically relates to performance management/reporting and maximizing Corrigo capability.
  • Manage operations to mitigate operational risk.
  • Serve as the single point of contact to the account team for all CMMS systems related questions, support issues, and requirements.
  • Explore options to satisfy new business needs within the capabilities of existing systems; configure, document and deploy solutions.
  • Support the account team users with general questions and other systems support requests.
  • Provide new user training, advanced user training and new feature training to the account and client staff as required.
  • Configuration of system notification messages, print formats and other inbound/outbound communication mechanisms.
  • Ensure adherence of governed processes, schedules, and data elements in the Corrigo system build.
  • Support the interfaces and data transfer processes between client and JLL systems
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of user base and critical user needs.
  • Maintain and demonstrate thorough self and team understanding of Corrigo product features and functionality by participating in training and knowledge shares and by utilizing documented resources.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing CMMS/ work order applications, Performance Management, Data and Analytics
  • College graduate (BS/BA) preferred, but not required, preferably in information systems, computer science, or business administration
  • JLL Corrigo Platform experience is highly preferred
  • Customer service focus
  • Experience in real estate Industry and facility management operations a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, specifically using formulas for data analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing simultaneous complex tasks from inception to successful completion
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, able to set priorities, and work autonomously

Estimated total compensation for this position:

57,297.00 – 83,097.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
