Job Description
- Lead marketing strategy (4Ps: Product, Price, Promotion, Place) for assigned product areas and define the annual business plan with stakeholders.
- Implement country/customer strategies to support business growth in line with overall objectives.
- Enhance marketing intelligence (customer insights, vehicle parc, competition, etc.).
- Analyze P&L (sales price, sales performance, gross margin, SG&A costs) to drive business sustainability and strategy.
- Steer business through CAPs (Customer Acquisition Projects) with defined measures and monitoring.
- Align with headquarters' directives and contribute business proposals to support overall strategy.
- Report and collaborate with headquarters in Africa and Germany.
- Generate business simulations and drive business planning and forecasts.
- Monitor risk and opportunity management and reporting.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand transfer price management.
- Manage business operations with relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong interest in Business Intelligence (PBI, Market Intelligence).
- Drive and support local and global projects.
- Conduct frequent joint market and customer visits with sales or technical teams.
- Define the required portfolio for assigned areas and communicate product needs to Business Unit product managers.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor/Master’s in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or Finance.
Experience
- 5+ years in a similar role or sales.
- Preferably experience with a multinational group.
Skills
- Proficient in IT tools (Business Warehouse, SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams).
- Knowledge of the Independent Automotive Aftermarket and spare parts is a plus.
- Project management expertise.
- Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
