Job Description
Preferred experience
- Managed funds experience in the back office, registry, fund accounting and/or payments space(s).
- Technically literate and strong in product discovery and UX.
- Led large streams of product work where you delivered success across several clients and vendors.
- Enterprise product management and delivering on a vision in this space.
- Self starter who can demonstrate exceptional ownership, attention to detail and autonomy
- Provide strategic guidance to Solution Specialists and Teams on everything related to the allocated stream or pillar (Super/Fund/Tech)
- Be the subject matter expert on GROW’s products, understanding their features, capabilities, and benefits inside and out
- Demonstrate excellence in how to communicate, plan and execute on work across the allocated stream
- Design and plan the approach to validate understanding of any applicable problems and analysis
- Conduct impact assessments on how P&T, Admin and Operations decisions affect other parties
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to provide insights and recommendations for product improvement.
