- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure product vision and requirements are clearly communicated.
- Develop and maintain a product backlog that reflects the priorities and needs of stakeholders and customers.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and project goals.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure product design meets user expectations and enhances the overall user experience.
- Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and provide guidance during the development process.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective Agile processes are followed.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and feature development.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
- Monitor product development progress and performance, utilizing metrics and KPIs to inform decisions.
- Participate in product roadmap planning and communicate product updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the product competitive and relevant.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the product team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to prioritize product backlog items based on business and customer needs.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about product direction.
- Certification as a Product Owner (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)) is a plus.
