The Opportunity
As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for owning, communicating, and setting the content product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with broader organizational goals. You will prioritize requirements, continuously refine and scale the product across areas and global business units, and synthesize requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will provide insights to business teams regarding transversal digital platforms and coach business stakeholders to maximize value and drive the adoption of global digital products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Define product offerings in terms of benefits, features, and customer journeys.
- Scope the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) considering resource constraints and sustained development.
- Prioritize features for the product roadmap in collaboration with development teams.
- Write and manage a backlog of user stories, prioritizing items to achieve business goals.
- Lead the team through defining product requirements, ensuring they are complete and consistent.
- Collaborate closely with business, engineering, and design.
- Align timelines, dependencies, and scope with the scrum master, engineering manager, and design leads.
- Participate in planning sprints to reaffirm priorities and confirm requirements.
- Steering and participation of Agile methodology (e.g. scrum calls, sprint review, etc.)
- Conduct user research and usability tests to gather actionable feedback.
- Perform market research to understand user needs and identify opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning.
- Customize the digital health product for different regions and languages based on market analysis.
- Develop detailed release plans.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Ensure successful product releases.
- Implement structured processes for collecting and addressing user feedback.
- Conduct regular performance audits and stress tests to ensure digital health product reliability.
- Monitor digital health product performance metrics and user satisfaction scores.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for maintenance procedures, updates, and best practices.
- Provide training and support materials for customer support teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven 3+ experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience with digital health products or in the healthcare sector is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Product Development & Delivery (e.g., MVP)
- Design Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), and UI/UX Tools & Methodologies
- Backlog, Epic & Story Management
- Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps Tools & Methodologies
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position € 2800 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
