As a Product Owner- Scheduling, you will 

  • Research and analyze market, customer use cases, and competitor products to identify problems and business needs.  
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers to understand, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure full understanding of project scope and requirements.  
  • Translate business needs and use cases into executable product requirements and user stories for the development team.  
  • Be responsible for the product backlog grooming, clearly expressing the product backlog items, and prioritizing the items to best achieve our product goals within a scrum framework  
  • Define the user story acceptance criteria and ensure “definition of done” is aligned with the development team  
  • Coordinate product release and launch activities with Product Marketing  
  • Other duties include scheduling and leading meetings to identify product issues, managing product roadmaps, and completing daily goals and schedules to meet project deadlines.  

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.  
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Product Owner.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and product management skills.  
  • Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements.  
  • Exhibit strong oral, written, and reasoning abilities. 
  • Agile & Scrum process experience.
  • Experience working in HR Tech is a plus!
