📋 What You’ll Be Doing
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities to inform product development.
- Roadmap & Feature Planning: Assist in defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features that align with business and customer goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and successful launches.
- Product Documentation: Develop and maintain user stories, specifications, and other documentation to guide product implementation.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT and QA to ensure features meet high standards of quality and functionality.
- Issue Management: Identify and troubleshoot product issues, collaborating with development and support teams to resolve them effectively.
- Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.
- Experience: 1-3 years in product management or a related field, preferably in technology or SaaS.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and defining priorities.
- Familiarity with product management tools like Azure Board, Grafana, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
