Purpose of the role
We are looking for a talented Technical Product Owner who will be part of an international Scrum team working on improving, reshaping, and extending our technical solutions, administrative tools, backend services and platform components with a strong focus on stability, performance, and scalability. As a product owner, you will represent the business views inside the Scrum team but also the technology function in front of your business counterparts.
Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories. Ensure that all stakeholders’ requirements are understood and addressed.
Solution Shaping: Collaborate with the enterprise and solution architects and development team to design and shape technical solutions based on analysis results. Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with the overall product strategy.
Agile Development: Act as Product Owner in a scrum setting, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components. Participate in print planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Product Strategy and Road mapping: Help building and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs. Contribute to the vision and product strategy.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations and communicate progress. Ensure transparency and alignment between technical teams and business units.
Documentation and Training: Ensure comprehensive documentation of the product features, functionalities and processes. Provide training and support to users and other stakeholders as required.

- Technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough analysis and translate results into actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers and business stakeholders.
Qualifications and education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, a master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software product management, with a strong focus on technical product management
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certifications are preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvements and innovation
- Attention to details, ensuring the accuracy and quality of work
- Experience with authentication/authorization services and API gateways is a plus
- Fluent in English
