Product Owner (m/f/d) U Composer
Your tasks:
-
Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation with clinical content
-
Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
-
Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s
-
Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analyst
-
Functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation
-
Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs
-
Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management
-
Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
-
Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization
You bring along:
-
University degree in Medical Informatics, Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. physician with additional studies in Medical Informatics)

2 to 5 years expertise in software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service or Customer support
-
Market knowledge in healthcare IT
-
Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
-
Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)

Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
-
Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus
-
Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
-
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in German and English

Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
-
Self-management skills and self-starter attitude
